We develop Hot Plate Multi-layer Oven with our own brand in FPD field, and we are the only one manufacturer who can provide this type equipment in Taiwan.
In domestic,Our products are sold to AUO, InnoLux and others. In international, under the competition from from Japan and Korea equipment manufacturer, our products are still adopted for the customers such as TIANMA, IVO, KDX, HKC, Xianyang Caihong, and CEC Panda. Hot plate multi-layer furnace was used not only for water drying process, but also providing variety functions to meet the needs of other processes. The example is as following.
Firstly, high temperature(500℃), oxygen content, and humidity control(5% to 30%) can be used for IGZO process. Secondly, the high replacement numbers (8 times / 15 minutes) can be applied to PI / optical alignment processes. The number of high permutations (8 times / 15 minutes) can be applied to PI / optical alignment processes. In the future, we will continue to enhance the equipment capacity.
