C SUN has reached the 50th anniversary. In 2004, we started the G7.5 hot-air multilayer developing plan. In 2008, our product got the process test and verify through AUO (Panel leader in domestic). Finally, the nightmare that the main equipment supplied from Japan was broken.
There is no significant difference in quality between Hot-Air Multilayer Oven made from C SUN and from Japan manufacturer. We can meet customers’ needs for quality, performance, and cost-reduction. C SUN is the only one manufacturer which can provide Array/CF/CELL heating equipment in Taiwan.
With TFT process upgrading to high-resolution LTPS/IGZO/OLED, C SUN confronts the challenges with continuous improvement. Now,we are able to develop new products with advanced technologies at the same pace of international companies, and eliminate the monopoly of Japan and Korea in FPD field.In the long term, we educate RD employees in optoelectronics field, and convey the spirit of innovative R&D and technical autonomy. We hope to make Taiwan be the core R&D center in optoelectronic field of the world.
In the manufacturing process of large-size TFT-LCD, there are many coating materials need to be baked, such as pre-bake after photoresist-coating, solid roast after developing, alignment film pre-bake, alignment film solid roast, plastic box pre-bake, and etc. C SUN has developed Hot-Air Multilayer Oven and achieved the high sales performance from G3.5 to G8.5 with the following six technologies:
1.Grand Chamber generation process design.
2.Horizontal single return air circulation system at constant temperature.
3.The establishment of temperature measurement and control standard.
4.The integration platform for software and hardware systems controlling.
5.The multilayer stacked door.
6.Energy-saving system.
There are seven different patents in our product. With independent development of technology, our products have obtained customers’ certification in domestic and foreign.
