Advantech-LNC R6800/8800 robot controllers adopt unique All-in-one design and equips with MPG for program dry run. R6800 is for Gantry robot control and R8800 is for multi-joint robot contains: SCARA , Delta, six axes, special types etc.. Built-in a variety of processing methods include: handling, spraying, welding, polishing, etc. Users are able to run a basic robot system operation by selecting desired modules in accordance with the requirements then following teaching instructions and simple parameters settings. Considering the big differences between applications, R6800 / 8800 offers a variety of two development tools for users including PLC, macro and HMI design tools(QUI Designer). In addition, the controllers adopt EtherCAT which allows users to integrate peripherals quickly including sensors and vision systems. By Co-working with Advantech-LNC cloud system, WebAccess, it’s easy to do machine real-time monitoring, data collection and bring machines to the era of industry 4.0.
