The MH-630PLUS is an upgrade of previous HMC. It focuses on high acceleration, modular market demand,and asking for efficient process;primarily for the aerospace industry,3C industry, automobile processing.

T structure of two-axis moving column design, its max feed rate can be up to 50m/min to present high acceleration easily.
Quick tool change mechanism. Its tool change time only 3.5 sec/20kgf (T-T) 60Hz.
Fast direct-drive spindle to offer surface accuracy and geometric accuracy, but with low vibration and noise.
With the help of CAE technology, to reach optimization of lightweight and high rigidity.
All 3 axes guide ways are with retainer to offer high rigidity and great torque performance.
The central chip discharge to take away most chips.
Oil cooling ball screws can reduce heat and thermal displacement.
