This product uses mirror-polished special ceramic material for the Z-axis set point station probe, with small surface coefficient of friction, corrosion resistance and rust-resistant characteristics. Through the mechanical structural analysis, the measured contact force and the maximum force to achieve the action set by the miniature tool machining reference point are calculated, supplemented by the improved inner spring structure, the optimization of the reset device design, and the embedded header collision avoidance design and inlay precision technology. With precision technology, it can measure 0.1mm to 0.3mm micro-tools, measuring the stringent requirements of 0.1mm drill dial full scale (without breaking the drill's success rate> 95%).The vertical contact force of the drill can reach 1.5kgw, and the stress at the contact point can reach 1.9×109 kgw/m2. (According to the diameter of the drill tip 0.01mm, it can withstand contact stress 1.5kgw/[3.14×(5×10-6)2m2] = 1.9×109 kgw/m2).
