TPRK立形水中ポンプシリーズは、工作機械の配管内の液体を移送するために使用されます。入水管の配置は必要なく、水タンクの水位が設置要件を満たしていることを確認しさえすれば、ポンプが無水で運転することはなく、空気混入の可能性を低減することができます

二層構造設計で、メカニカルシールは二層構造内に配置され、液体がシールから漏れるのを防ぎます。また水循環型の設計で、オーバーフロー時にも液体はタンクに戻り、外に漏れ出したり四方に飛び散ったりすることはありません。メカニカルシールに軽度の損傷が発生した場合、液体が漏れ出したとしてもポンプは継続して使用でき、ただちに動作不能となることはありません。また、モータへの液体の飛散を防ぐ水よけ板を備え、モータ及び工作機械への損傷や液体の地面への飛散を防ぎ、作業場の安全に対し悪影響は生じません。このように二重の安全設計を採用しています。

機体のメカニカルシールは全体としてモジュラー設計を採用し、ポンプ組立・加工プロセスを短縮し、生産効率を高めています。またメカニカルシールは工作機械外部から取り外しでき、保守の利便性を向上させています。本製品は多段設計となっており、顧客のニーズに応じた選択が可能です。段数を増やすことで工作機械の切削液の切削力を強化し、切削面をより滑らかに整えることができ、顧客にとってより大きな産業価値を生み出します。

当社製品は業界に先駆けてCSA、CE、RoHS等の関連認証を取得するとともに、台湾電子検験中心（ETC; Electronics Testing Center, Taiwan）の検査に合格しています。全部品の95％以上が回収・再利用できるほか、モータには効率クラス「IE3」の高効率モータを採用し、省エネ効果を発揮します。
