ABJC はフレームアウト保護機能と温度制御機能を一体化したサーモスタットバルブです。従来のフレームアウト保護・温度制御機能が消化安全弁と温度制御弁の二つの部品を必要とするのに比べ、ABJCを使用することで予備材料を節約しメンテナンスを減らすことができ、空気入口コネクタは分解・組立が容易なフランジデザインを採用しています。フレームアウト保護では、熱電対を使用して電磁弁に電力を供給します。炎が燃えているとき、熱電対は熱起電力（熱エネルギーが運動エネルギーに変換される）の物理的特性によって電磁弁に電力を供給し続けるので、ボタンを押すと電磁弁が吸引され、吸気孔が開いてガスが通るようになります。温度制御は液体膨張の原理に基づいており、設定温度に達すると、温度プローブ内の液体が熱源の関係により膨張し、その結果、内部のスプリングが膨張し、排出孔のガスケット押し出しにつながり、ガスを停止します。温度が下がると、温度プローブ内の液体が収縮し、内部のスプリングが元の位置に戻ってガス抜きが再開され、恒温効果が得られます。現在、市場で唯一の2-in-1デザインで、中国メーカーが本製品の模倣を始めていますが、温度調節機能の正確性は十分ではありません。なぜなら、2-in-1設計では機構が削減される為、より高い精度が必要になります。これは達理精控(Alpha Brass Controls)が設計したABJCの研究開発を困難にする「城のお堀」のようなものです。安全フレームアウト機能と温度制御機能を組み合わせても依然として正確な温度制御を実現しています。

Mr. Sunny Liu is the founder and chairman of Alpha Brass Controls Inc. Since 1950’s, he has led his family business to be one of the top five trading companies in Taiwan and is a trailblazer with strong determination and wisdom to overcome adversity. He has also accomplished many unexpected achievements, for example, when the plastic industry was in early stage in Taiwan, not many people knew that there were many different kinds of plastic materials and their applications, but with a book he bought from Tung’s Foundation, he single handedly found his way to solve it.

In the 1990’s, the rise of the US Dollars caused the trading environment to be harsher. Mr. Liu transformed his team into the hardware manufacturing industry using automation technology and reengineering the production process. Later on, he sensed the trends of the international markets and decided to start manufacturing gas valves and thermostats for a niche-focused industry. As safety is the most important requirement in this field, Alpha Brass builds the first witness testing laboratory for testing gas fired products and also cultivate well-trained engineers for the industry.

After decades of efforts in R&D, production, marketing, branding, customer services, testing and verifying, Alpha Brass Controls has developed step by step into what it is today. In recent years, Mr. Sunny Liu is focused on knowledge inheritance and team development to sustain the operations of the company. Mr. Liu actively sponsors a series of seminars about kitchen equipment safety standards, invites international experts to help building a complete industrial ecosystem.
