In the spring of 1992, I was alone carrying a bag filled with catalogue and went to exhibition in New Orleans. Without the support of budget, the only thing I could do was to distribute flyer near the exhibition. Fortunately, in the summer of the same year I received fax from Joe Wicker who intended to develop bearings between Taiwan and S. Korea. He and his friend Kenny came from Memphis to visit my rented, small apartment in Tainan. He saw the integrity and honest of me and my wife, he signed the first order for the mold of ball bearing. Since then we called each other the uncle and nephew. Uncle Joe for me is very important person. Uncle Joe believed we are reliable like the company name "Ying Cheng" shall be honest to all customers, employees and suppliers. It likes the sunshine to set up cooperation between people because of trust. That’s the deeper meaning of Uni-soleil. "Honesty is the best policy" is a proverb and we are confident to move towards to the world with it.
