LGA-3020 CNC 歯車創成研削盤は、自社開発の「スマートな対話式インターフェイス」を利用しコンピュータ数値制御により歯車成形研削を行います。7,000rpmの高速位置制御砥石スピンドルを使用し、最大砥石条数は9、陸聯（Luren）プログラミングソフトウェア搭載で柔軟な運用が可能です。またストック式供給・取出し設計で、材料管理の利便性を高めています。ソフトウェアは制御器とスマート型リードウォームにより機体の状況を直接モニタリング・修正可能で、全体のスマート化を実現しています。構造設計は機能分類に基づき分析と統合を明確化しています。振動減衰性と熱安定性に優れ、加工精度はドイツDIN規格クラス4に達します。
Luren Precision Co., Ltd. について
Founded in 1994 Luren Precision Co., Ltd. started the production of gear cutting tools at Hsin-Chu Science-Based Industrial Park, Taiwan. The key members who came from the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) had hand-on experiences on high technology and high precision machinery to produce aircraft gears and components. After years of operation, Luren has finally set up three main departments which focus on gear cutting tools, spin pumps and machinery. In addition, Luren has established a technology development team which integrates Universities and ITRI to assist Luren in providing manufacturing solution for various gear technology requirements and special high precision parts. Luren has developed and mass production the following items: Gear cutters,particularly for CD-R and DVD injection mold,Machine tools,Melt spinning pumps, oil finish pumps, polymer gear pumps, and automatic pump test.
