(1)The mutter nut combination satisfies the strict requirements of thickness from SACHS through our self-developed, innovative cold forging process. Our products provide higher specifications for the surface roughness, flatness and thickness of nuts to optimize the damper’s noise emissions and bring a clear increase in driving comfort.
(2)The nuts meet the requirements of the assembly of shock absorber piston valves from SACHS, including anti-loosening, working in the oil and a low friction coefficient. In addition, the thread forming of the nut and bolt adopt tapping-difference design (1.0mm vs 0.95mm) to make closer contact with each other and further to increase the maximum torque value.
(3)The traditional lathe process is replaced by a cold forging method that efficiently increases output of finished nuts by dozens of times. Moreover, the waste of raw materials and additional processing costs are reduced significantly.
