Product is designed to be installed in the performance car suspension module. Innovations are described as followings:
1.A new thread deform process is developed to provide an all metal locking nut as loaded platform for components within absorber piston. The process innovation comes from the optical material feeding process, which can achieve 100% correct and precise position to enhance quality.
2.The modified cold forging process can improve surface roughness to Rz 6.3 that significantly reduces the friction loss rate.
3.Upgrade of tooling design and raises flatness tolerance precision of the mounting side to 0.05mm Max by only forging, and further to increase the tightness of installation with the counterparts, which can effectively stabilize the distribution of screwing friction torque.
4.Expected annual usage of single Piston Nut is 5 million pieces, contributing to export value of 0.2 million USD for the first year and expect to drastically excel after the first introduction.
