The X2000 system keeps the advantages of the X1000 PLUS and 360° user interface, but embedded is a new 1 MP CMOS sensor in the camera. A tungsten braid tube and bending neck has been introduced on the 6.0mm probe which brings the high rigidity performance up to the standard of all high-end competitors. 4mm shorter distal end than previous generation provides smaller bending radius and, at the same time, improves lock system mechanics giving it the same smooth articulation control tension feel compared to the best electronic control systems on the market. Regarding the X2000 base unit, a brand new image process engine chip targeted for the fine tuning of the image sensor has been introduced, which can output 2560x1440 super resolution and still image 1920x1080 HD video recording. For high-quality images, the main console is equipped with a 7” IPS TFT- LCD which enables vivid images to present all the details of typical target flaws in the RVI area such as cracks, welding, surface scratches and more.
Additionally, the connectivity of the base unit has been upgraded to support HDMI AV-out, USB type-C PC connection port, and Wi-Fi image live-stream and sharing to mobile devices. To provide safe storage of the new tungsten probe, the carry case is equipped a newly designed storage reel embedded in the EVA set. The rigid sleeve has also been redesigned to support 3m rigid extension usage requirements.
