The main bottleneck of current medical AI implementation lies in process integration. Hospitals have different system architectures and workflows, with even more significant variations between countries. This poses significant challenges for AI vendors promoting their products. Our solution is not just selling AI models, but an integrated solution—a PACS system integrated with an iPad application called UDE App. It receives and displays medical images using standard DICOM protocol, while also performing AI computations on the iPad. UDE App simplifies the application of our breast imaging AI-assisted detection model during mammography. It is easy to deploy and maintain, unlike traditional costly and non-portable medical display systems.
