According to the volume 4 of the journal Cleaner Environmental Systems in March 2022, research data from Bangladeshi knitting factories show that the average production of 100Kg of cotton gray fabric will be accompanied by a scrap loss of at least 7 USD. The production capacity of the KF3B-0P high-speed three-end fleece circular knitting machine (30” X 20G X 90F) can reach more than 430Kg in 24 hours at the operating speed of SF900 (30RPM). This is why PAILUNG, while launching the KF3B-0P with high production capacity and low energy consumption, strives to develop a FDD (Fabric Defect Detection) system for real time monitoring of fabric quality, as a supporting solution for high-production knitting machines. The purpose is to the high production capacity of KF3B-0P should be used to knit high-quality fabrics to achieve the goal of energy saving and waste reduction.
