PAILUNG smart knitting total solution has revolutionized the traditional knitting production process. Users can extract the knitting data of fabrics from the Knitting Fabric Management System (KFMS), dispatch work orders through the Pailung Online Monitoring System (POMS), and deploy a large number of remote commands through TCP/IP to Manufacturing Execution System (MES) knitting machine to knit fabric. During the knitting process, the Fabric Defect Detection (FDD) detects the quality of the fabric 24 hours a day, and finally POMS reports abnormal situations and counts production data to provide managers with various management reports. Minimize variations in fabric quality due to manual adjustments to knitting machines, variations in quality standards for visually judging fabric quality, and distorted reports due to manual enter production data.
