The DeepVoice is an intelligent customer service product developed by Chunghwa Telecom. It is the first successful case in Taiwan where speech recognition and AI text analysis applications have been implemented across all seats in government and public-sector call centers.
This product combines speech recognition and AI text analysis technologies. Within five minutes after the completion of a customer service call, it automatically transcribes the audio recordings into text files and performs semantic analysis on each piece of data. This analysis includes intent sentence recognition, sentiment recognition, and conversation summarization. The data analysis results are presented through a simple and clear visual interface, meeting the needs for searchable, accessible, and analyzable data.
