The Equipment Monitoring and Health Management System integrates SPIIDER D Series and APES as its application system. The SPIIDER D Series serves as an IoT data acquisition device, while APES (Anomaly detection & Prognostic of Equipment System) is a predictive monitoring system. By installing sensors and capturing data with the SPIIDER device, the data is uploaded to APES, which then calculates and predicts the condition of the machinery. This allows users to take timely maintenance actions, enhancing production efficiency and reducing the risk of equipment failure. Since 2022, SPIIDER D Series and APES have been marketed through AUO Digital, serving clients in education, optoelectronics, and manufacturing from 2022 to 2024. SPIIDER D Series, in collaboration with ADLINK Technology, is used in production, quality, and inspection processes. APES offers a software platform that meets cybersecurity standards.
