“Automatic Edge Coating Machine” is applied to the panel edge coating in various materials such as glass and plastic, the working purpose is to coat an organic resin layer on the edge of panels to meet the requirements in product’s reliability and functions. Following are the functions of the organic adhesive layer: to reinforce and protect the product, and against to ESD, humidity, oxidization, and shade. The applications of Automatic Glass Edge Coating Machine are in edge coating of cover glass, touch panel, LCD, OLED…etc.

1.Self-developed controller and software: With self-developed controller, we are capable to develop different functions to adapt different processing requirements; unlike our competitors without their own software, their machine’s functions are limit by the controller purchased.
2. Auto loading, unloading system : with auto loading and unloading system to enhance the products quality and yield rate.
3. Dual fixture processing method : Dual fixture coating and pre-curing processing to enhance the efficiency.
4. Contact type edge finder & coating system : in order to well-coating on the products’ edge, the controller checks the working piece size first to calculate the compensation based on the distance of roller and working piece, coating speed, and coating gape.
5. Real time pre-curing system : the pre-curing system to form the organic resin layer quickly.
6. Safety design & protection: Interlock to secure the safety while processing, emergency bottom to prevent more damage, fan device to exhaust any particular smelling from, processing and eyes protection design to prevent damage.
7. Environment protection & Energy saving : the roller coating reduces the waste of materials, solvent free materials to reduce the pollution and UV curing for environmental protection.
