To cater to the competitive industry trend: energy /cost efficient and product size reduced, conventional forging press that works in great amount and with massive manpower has become less competitive; this makes stand-alone automation and composite working rather crucial. Comparing to other models, forging press requires strengthened and balanced eccentric-load tooling, precise BDC control and well-managed die cooling with thermal deformation of material. In response to these special demands of manufacturing procedure, Chin Fong develops knuckle-joint cold forging presses with following features:
1.Link Knuckle joint with delayed slide motion at BDC center, which is beneficial for cold forging formation.
2.Widened bed dimensions and side openings, which finely suits progressive stamping.
3.High performance wet clutch & brake; with its high torque that provides high-performance stamping power, production becomes much more energy- and cost- efficient.
4.Multi-control of electrical system, with multi-functional interface that facilitates operation. A variety of monitoring function makes it easier for operators to get hold of the machine state.
5.Wedge-shaped die height adjustment device. Motor drives worm shaft and worm, causing the screwframe that rotates to adjust wedge-shaped slide; this makes die height adjustment accurate and stable, leading to steady stamping stroke, reduced deformation, and improved precision of product.
6.Integration of safety and circuit systems. Connected with tonnage monitor and electrical control, it’s easier to track the stamping tonnage. Instant stop of motion while detecting overload stamping secures using life of machine.
