NJ27 series is Repon’s brand new “Real-time easy down flipper door slides “ ( a.k.a. easy down ), and also a new approach of storage to users.

Repon’s real time easy down is developed for upper case ( wall case ) of home environment. TV cabinets in living room and upper filing cabinets may adopt such design approach.


When case is open, and front door panel will be guided to rest on top the case. The user does not need to hold the door panel open with his or her hands, and can easily access the items stored inside the case without any concerns of injury. It also clears the upper space without intervening people’s movement. To close the case just requires an easy and light pull. The front door panel will gently and smoothly shut close.

No matter how the user close the front panel, either half way or full way, the Real-time easy down mechanism will always safely brings the door to the fully closed position. This is the new model of storage with the consideration of safety to end-users, which covers any angle or any position of door closing or opening. The easy down motion will always stay consistent, and will never hurt the users, or people walking by.

Besides, the flipper door design allows the line of the case to be consistent with the other furniture, which enhances the artistic sense of interior design.

Last, unlike other counterpart’s similar easy down designs, which are mounted to the side of case. Repon’s real-time easy down is mounted to the door, which allows users to increase the number of slides to work with different size of front door panel.
