AXILE G8 is carrying out various tests and data collection to further application research and development. To be able to manufacture smart machines which meet the Industry 4.0 requirements, Buffalo Machinery has developed a series of AXILE Reliability Technology (ART) applications which monitoring the key components and data collection, the real-time machine status monitoring and data analysis can be used as for the purposes of machine components lifetime estimation, production process monitoring and management.
G8 machine can be integrated into the smart factory system to ensure the 24/7 automatic operation without unexpected downtime.
