MT-1は、無骨でハンサムなサイドウォールデザインを採用し、消費者のパフォーマンスとスタイリングのニーズに応えたオフロード向けの製品です。今回はトレッドとトレッドブロックのデザインに重点を置き、トレッドパターンの独自性を強調したアメリカンスタイルになっています。
MT-1は、SUV/ピックアップカーの車体重量による急激な摩耗を避けるため、高荷重にも耐えうる高剛性天然ゴム処方を採用し、タイヤ全体の強度を高めるだけでなく、荒れた路面での優れたグリップ力とハンドリング性能を発揮します。同時に、トレッドブロックの耐摩耗性と耐切削性を強化し、消耗による環境汚染を低減します。重要な点は、ゴムに環境に優しいオイルを配合し、最新のEU基準をクリアしたことで、消耗による環境汚染を低減します。消費者の安全性と経済性を確保しながら、環境保護にも力を入れています。
MT-1は消費者が安心して使用できるように、開発過程で欧州ECE、米国FMVSS、TRAの規制をクリアし、試験基準としてより厳しい社会基準を設定しました。タイヤサイドウォールに2倍の荷重をかけて耐久性を試験し、スミザーズDTAP経年劣化耐久性試験をクリアして約4~6年の耐久性をシミュレートし、消費者が安心して使用できるようにしました。
