●Excellent dynamic response due to direct drive motor. No backlash due to its non-contact design, results in high accuracy and repeatability and increases performance by 50% over the traditional drive motor. Thrust up to 20,000N.
●The precision cooling forcer/stator and multi-layer heat insulation design have obtained 3 patents. Control on surface temperature gradient within 1°C, which overcomes the thermal deformation, and improves control on machining accuracy within 1μm.
