AccuteX's high-end GE-43S Linear motor machine. Its controller can collaborate with commercializing "CIMFORCE" production development management system. It provides “End-to-End” solutions, begins from project management, mold design, production processing to molding test, and integrates streaming program data format from RFQ, DFM, CAE, CAD-CAM, CAPP, PLM, MES, etc. at each stage.
The GE series is using automatic scrap removing function by built-in electrical magnetic mechanism: a developed new flushing nozzle with the electrical-magnetic coil inside. The Electrical-magnetic will hold the scrap when it is about to drop, and carry it to the collection box. Dropping final scrap into the box by deactivating electrical-magnetic coil. Then, the controller will continuous Skim process until the program ends. The whole process is 100% automatic and programmable.
