Intelligent machinery is the flourishing industry now. Most of them can be operated with robotic arms through editing the commands; however, multi-machine linkage is the max bottleneck nowadays. AccuteX Auto-Intelligent Wire Cut EDM is the only type that can achieve multi-machine linkage through M2M (machine to machine) on the EDM industry. In the near future, robots will be the core development in the automatic factory, and operator will assist non-linear processes. Except for achieving the goal of Industry 4.0 Automatic Factory through M2M, the product is also featured with its high accuracy. The high-rigidity structure design is provided with the Bi-repeatability which is less than 2.5μm. The Linear motor features with closed loop control by 0.05μm, and improves cutting efficiency up to 8~10%. The stamping mold of corner control function has fine 3μm tolerance. The product can collocate with 0.05mm fine wire application as well.
