Improved accuracy of calibration：
The wet edge function applies high frequency pulse circuit. It is able to detect work piece edge with moisture on it. The accuracy is as good as when finding edge on a dry surface. Comparing to old edge function, it saves the time to blow dry work piece, upper and lower guides. The edge repeatability is improved from 10um to within 3um. Moreover, the micro spark on the work piece no longer exists with the new detection circuit.

A. EDM efficiency improvement :
Compared with the old discharge control, the new circuit can avoid waste of discharge power and thus improve processing efficiency.
B. Efficient electromechanical (motor, pump, cooler):
The motors and pumps are all energy-efficient products that meet IE3 energy-saving efficiency in EuropeanUnion. The inverter water cooling unit uses environmentally friendly refrigerants, and it works with efficiency and can also achieve energy saving and carbon reduction.
