The "Precision Four-axis Robot A-SRP4" is a collaboration between AUROTEK and ITRI [Intelligent Machinery Technology Center] to develop an industrial robot dedicated for seminconduct Wafer testing and transfer. The mechanical arm, different from other robotic arms basically used in the general market, it focuses on the long-stroke Z-axis, which can meet the customer's station and stacking requirements. In addition to the original advantages of maximizing space utilization (space utilization can be saved by more than 36%) and faster and the stablility with efficiency. It also provides additional walking shafts, which can be as short as 800mm or as long as 10M, so that the working range of the arm can be effectively enlarged according to customer needs and meet various needs of customers.
