SRT high precision harmonic hollow servo motor rotary platform is developed and manufactured by TOYO in Taiwan. Inner diameter of hollow design structure is up to Ø25 mm. Allowing convenient wiring and piping. Due to the harmonic drive, it achieves advantages such as zero backlash, high precision, and high torque position control. The repeatability is ±5arc-sec. The zero backlash and low friction design result in low mechanical loss, thereby increasing efficiency. The integrated harmonic drive and hollow servo motor are compatible with 19-bit position encoder. The module design reduces the customer’s design time and effort for customer. Its small size makes the final system more compact. It is compatible with TOYO self-made LC100 controller with flexible choices of communications(I/O, PULSE).
