The ADATA LEGEND 970 PRO SSD is a cutting-edge SSD designed for the PCIe Gen5 era. Its compact active cooling solution, measuring only 17.9mm thick and featuring a built-in micro fan, efficiently reduces temperatures by 20%. It boasts blazing-fast read/write speeds of up to 14,000/12,000 MB/s and prioritizes sustainability by optimizing voltage and minimizing plastic usage. We also prioritized energy efficiency and sustainability in the design process. By optimizing fan voltage to 3.3V and eliminating the external power cord, we minimized energy consumption and reduced plastic materials in the product's packaging. Reducing fan voltage to 3.3V makes this heatsink fan the only one on the market to (1) lower operating voltage to 3.3V (2) draw power directly from the M.2 slot. All other competing heatsink fans still require a SATA or motherboard connection that draws either 5V or 12V, meaning the 970 PRO’s 3.3V is a more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient design.
