The all-new Maxxis Dissector features an upgraded tread and casing design that enhances speed, handling, and stability. Larger side knobs with redesigned siping reduce deformation under load, allowing the tire to quickly establish stable and predictable lateral traction when cornering on dry, hard packed terrain, improving steering control.The center tread retains the efficient 2 3 2 layout, but the central “3” is split into independent blocks, with split central blocks to improve terrain conformity and braking traction. Outward-shifted transition konbs improve handling linearity.Optimized siping balances grip and durability, enabling effective use as a front tire on short to mid travel trail bikes or as a fast rolling rear tire on long travel setups in dry conditions. A 60 TPI eco friendly nylon casing made from recycled fishing nets, combined with reinforced sidewalls, delivers durability, cut resistance, and consistent handling feedback without compromising rolling efficiency.
