The Metropass AT is MAXXIS’s first cross-over commuting e-bike tire featuring Tubeless Ready (TLR) compatibility, designed for urban and light off-road use. Optimized for varied conditions, it delivers stable handling and a smooth ride on both paved and unpaved surfaces. Its tread design balances efficiency and traction: tightly packed center knobs improve rolling efficiency and battery range, while segmented shoulders enhance grip on mixed terrain. The all-weather 4Season compound ensures strong traction, reduced energy loss, and extended service life. Sustainability is integrated through the use of Seawastex recycled nylon, made from discarded fishing nets. A reinforced puncture layer protects against sharp debris, while EXO sidewall construction improves durability and load support. The tire also adopts EUDR-compliant rubber, increasing sustainable material usage and reinforcing MAXXIS’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
