ROG Kithara is an open-back gaming headset that combines hi-fi acoustics with gaming performance, designed for users who seek high-resolution sound and immersive experience. The ROG-tuned 100 mm HIFIMAN planar magnetic driver delivers an ultra-wide frequency response from 8Hz to 55kHz with highly detailed, low distortion audio reproduction. Unlike conventional closed-back gaming headsets, Kithara uses an open acoustic structure to create a natural and spacious soundstage with clear instrument separation, enhancing positional accuracy in FPS games while also supporting music listening and video entertainment. It also addresses a key limitation of traditional hi-fi headphones by integrating a high-SNR MEMS boom microphone with a separate signal path, enabling clear voice communication without compromising audio quality. Kithara includes swappable plugs, dual 3.5 mm jacks, and a USB-C adapter for broad compatibility, delivering a Hi-Fi gaming experience across audiophile and gaming setups
