Three innovative technologies are equipped, “clamping tenon tool pot and tool chain structure”, “compound cam tool changing mechanism with door open simultaneously”, and “tool changer with shifting-out tool pot and door open simultaneously”.
2. Lead in intellectualized manufacture for industrial 4.0.
The design integrated and developed some intellectualized devices through the integrated application of intelligent sensor elements and detective system to follow industrial 4.0. Drill damage detective system, intellectualized tool changing system with varied speed and lifetime predictive maintenance system are invented for the product, which fulfill the advanced field of the numerical control intelligence and single-machine intelligence.
3. Upgraded and optimized structure
It applies new tool changing mechanism. The arrangement of the structure is readjusted. The precise gears replaces the rotary mechanism, which reduces 10% of the parts and 5% weight of overall structure. Moreover, 20% of the working space is increased through the assistance of structure and reliability analysis software.
4. Applied innovative tenon aluminum tool pot
Innovative tenon aluminum tool chain with the trench on the sides of tool pot makes the position accurately with tool chains when tool pots return to original points. The tool pot made with light weight engineering plastic has helped to sharply reduce 30% weight, which effectively lowered the load for columns on machine tools.
