2. To keep pace to the trend of industrial 4.0, we integrate intelligent sensing elements and intelligent detecting system to develop drill broken examination system and upgrade the product to the advance field of numerical control intelligence and single machine intelligence.
3. Adopts high-speed tool changing mechanism. It takes only 2.5 sec on tool changing sequence (tool pulling, tool changing and tool inserting). The power source is all driven by electricity, which eliminates environmental issues of hydraulic system and also equips with environmental friendly and energy saving functions. The tool changing time is sharply shorten by 45% comparing to hydraulic system that takes 4.5 sec.
4. Overall, the design improves the space utilization of machine tools. The tool pots are arranged radially. The aluminum integral forming fulfills the purpose of space saving and color aesthetic. The traditional arrangement of tool pot is parallel, which occupies more horizontal space and has disadvantages to product line arrangement. The new radial design reduced 50% of parallel space and also 10% of the components on the structure.
5. The structure of tool changer had passed examinations through the design and analysis simulation software. The structure reliability has no doubt after analysis even the components are reduced.
