NJ2205 is currently applied in the gear transmission systems of the automotive industry. Out of these, bearings are one of the most important parts, they are mainly used to support the entire mechanism structure. Our bearing design is based on the principle of customer’s application needs, increasing its service life by using special steel and heat treatment. Lastly, with the use of the light-weight retainer (the DmN value for the injection-molded retainer is less than 1,000,000), the bearing speed can be increased to fulfill customer’s need.
Furthermore,the products are hugely competitive with lower prices and the high precision level of P4 as compared to the Japanese and European bearings.
