LDPC-50A is a high-performance laser diode driver that is capable of high-speed pulsed switching, fast response time, low ripple current, high efficiency, and intelligent control functions. The R&D team designed with a patent-worthy hysteresis current control topology in order to achieve an ultra-fast current pulse rise and fall time of < 2?s. The fast response time not only significantly reduces the processing time, but it also improves the material processing quality.
Other outstanding features such as 5kHz high-speed current pulsed switching, low ripple current < 1Arms, and low overshoot < 5% enable high precision laser processing of a small area as well as smooth and even processing of a large area. When used in a laser system for cutting multi-layered materials, the LDPC-50A may be controlled by an external signal to modulate the output current between 0A to 50A, which significantly improves the production efficiency by providing the optimal power level for different materials.
