Delta DIAMMP Manufacturing Management Platform is designed for digitalized monitoring and management of equipment, production lines and productivity. It features real-time monitoring of equipment operation status, utilization rate analytics, preventive maintenance, alarms, anomaly analytics, and history logs.
The DIAMMP offers information for:
˙Factory managers: overall operation and productivity, including first pass yield, target/achieving rate, line balance, utilization rate, alarms and more.
˙Production line supervisors: work orders, production progress, and quality with a single production line.
˙Equipment engineers: Equipment status and alarms, preventive maintenance notices, and debugging.
The DIAMMP allows managers to effectively master detailed equipment and production line operation of different sections and time periods through reports, diagrams, and charts. It helps avoid unexpected machine failure or long downtimes and greatly enhances overall productivity and quality.
