Delta’s equipment IoT platform DIALink is software for equipment data collection. It connects PLCs and CNC controllers and collects data under distributed architecture, improving the existing system structure with multiple benefits:

*Reduces development time with temporary storage of collected data in field database for upload and analysis.

DIALink surpasses most solutions on the market with an integrated controller driver for users to easily connect general controller systems and upper management systems to collect data for remote equipment monitoring. Users can capture equipment status in any location with internet access via DIALink’s web-based interfaces. It provides various charts to monitor the operation status of the overall system with intuitive display, and sends real-time alarm notifications.
