SP-5000P, equipped with an 18,000 rpm high-speed spindle which can accelerate and decelerate in seconds. It has been developed to provide excellent machining performance for aluminum alloy parts. The column and bed are designed with a box structure to improve structural rigidity and reduce precision error caused by thermal distortion. To reach high-accuracy and high-rigidity, SF-5000P applies a roller type large-sized linear guideway. The two-axis tilting and rotary table, with high speed double DD motor drive, can process at all complex angles. High-precision tapered positioning pins ensure stability of the APC and powerful clamping force during machining. SF-5000P adopts the latest generation Siemens controller 840D sl, which is more convenient and user-friendly. Siemens controller 840D sl increases operational agility, as well as performing complex and larger angle machining. The overall effect is intensive engineering to achieve the best performance of five-axis machining.
