TLC-2H22II, Intelligent Laser Drilling Machine, a special design for PCB industry which adopts Real-Time monitoring to collect the data from laser source, volume of scan head, negative pressure, and to upload the data from SECS/GEM to MES system. Manager can improve the capacity by collecting big data and adjust the operation of production line. To predict the loss of capacity, self-detection system in it can let operators know when to prepare maintenance procedure by calculate wear rate. Automatic protection mechanism can help to detect that if the drilled hole fit with accuracy require, and the machine will stop related procedures when the result is out of standard which can avoid to produce defective parts. Besides the function side, eco elements can be seen in this machine. It adopts with power saving electric solenoid valve which can save around 80% electricity, and make air pressure parts and electric cabinet settled under the base of machine which reduced space requirement.
