TMS-2500, 5-axis multi-tasking turning center that has the functions of turning and milling. Combined with Tongtai Intelligent system and technologies, TMS-2500 perfectly fits the needs of machining in aerospace, biomedical and defense industries.
Tongtai intelligent system includes TIMS and TLM. These functions include machine monitoring, tool and workpiece management, maintenance management, operating and alarm history and collision-free function. All information of these functions is able to assists operator to comprehend the situation of machine and production line. Moreover, TMS-2500 is able to equip robotic arm, workpiece measuring system, and tool length detector for achieving full-automation production.
