The SDL-6 Six-axis linear drilling machine is using the linear motor as main drive mechanism. The overall ratio of utilization is higher by 14% than traditional ballscrew machine, which greatly increases customer's production capacity. This product has number of practical functions which including laser tool measure system, real time tool break detection, depth control / back drilling, peck drilling, QUICK drilling, etc.
It also has machine monitoring, processing analysis, parts number analysis, broken drill bit analysis, message diagnosis/recording, remote control and other feature functions, which can collect and feedback the real time status of the machine and provide the instant corresponding reaction. By add in new technology and new design of structure, the size of machine has been optimized. It not only reduce floor space but also improve customer plant utilization. This product was exhibited at the TPCA show and brought significant attention on market.
