"SINGTEXR Super-Elastic Down-Proof Fleece" replaces the double layers with single-layer fabric for down-proof and fleece use, setting off a brand new design trend for down fleeces.

To prevent feathers coming out of the seam, most down fleeces on the market tend to stitch in an extra layer of down-proof fabric on the woven fabric. SINGTEXR developed high-density knitted fabrics is sufficient to prevent feathers and roots from bursting just with one layer, which is dyed by this machine saving 70% in water consumption.

The single-layer woven fleece used for the back-and-side also use SINGTEXR’s latest fleece technique, STORMFLEECE PRO?, featuring a single-layer woven fleece different from the conventional multi-layer knitting, while achieving as much fluffiness as knitted fabrics. Our single-layer woven fleece is elastic, warm,breathable, comfortable, abrasion-resistant wind and water-proof, has a low surface picking rate during the wash to reduce ocean pollution.
