Được phát triển và thử nghiệm bởi những người đi xe đạp chuyên nghiệp của DIZO. DIZO EPIC PRO được chế tạo bằng Tạo hình NAWP (Quy trình Chống nếp gấp mới) và công nghệ CNT (Ống Nano Carbon), mặt trong mỗi ống đều nhẵn và phẳng, tạo ra bộ khung siêu nhẹ với độ cứng tuyệt vời.
Vật liệu carbon có độ bền cực cao - Dyneema và Mitsubushi MR70. Dyneema được sử dụng để làm khung và phuộc nhằm tăng khả năng giảm sốc, sự thoải mái cũng như khả năng điều khiển tổng thể. Cùng với sợi carbon MR70, được sử dụng trong cấu trúc bố trí carbon. Rõ ràng là độ cứng của bàn đạp được tăng cường đáng kể mà vẫn mang lại sự thoải mái.
