"Ổ đĩa E1 của HIWIN Microsystem có thể hỗ trợ động cơ tuyến tính, mô-men xoắn và động cơ servo, thích hợp cho các thiết bị tự động hóa, kiểm tra và xử lý có độ chính xác cao trong các ngành công nghiệp như chất bán dẫn, FPD và AOI, và có các tính năng như sau:
* Đa ứng dụng: với chương trình PDL, sản phẩm làm tăng tính linh hoạt của ứng dụng thiết bị bằng tính vạn năng của động cơ và giảm chi phí các bộ phận hiệu quả.
* Tốc độ/độ chính xác cao: Băng thông điều khiển tốc độ 3.2KHz cải thiện hiệu quả sản xuất thiết bị và độ chính xác định vị cao.
* Khu vực làm việc lớn: chức năng điều khiển giàn làm tăng năng suất bằng cách đáp ứng yêu cầu phát triển quy mô lớn trong các ngành công nghiệp bán dẫn/FPD và đồng bộ hai trục.
* Máy nhẹ: các vấn đề rung do thiết kế nhẹ của thiết bị được giải quyết bằng nhiều chức năng triệt tiêu cộng hưởng.
* Cài đặt đơn giản: Chức năng tự động điều hướng và không điều hướng thông minh giúp giảm đáng kể thời gian cài đặt."
