BOXER-8521AI được hỗ trợ bởi bộ xử lý Google Edge TPU tensor cải tiến, được trang bị bốn lõi xử lý ARM Corte-A53 và bộ xử lý đồ họa GC7000 trên bo mạch. BOXER-8521AI mang đến sự linh hoạt tối đa trong việc triển khai từ kích thước nhỏ gọn 153mm x 35mm x 101mm đến giao tiếp không dây tốc độ cao nhờ Wi-Fi và Bluetooth 4.2. Sản phẩm cũng tự hào có các tính năng I/O được thiết kế đặc biệt để triển khai AIOT và Edge Gateway, bao gồm SPI, I2C, GPIO và COM. BOXER-8521AI cũng là Thiết bị cấp nguồn POE (POE PD), giúp triển khai hệ thống ở những nơi có thể không có sẵn nguồn điện. Được thiết kế cho môi trường công nghiệp, BOXER-8521AI đạt được hiệu suất đáng tin cậy nhờ thiết kế không quạt và phạm vi nhiệt độ làm việc -20°C đến 60°C. Nhờ có TPU Google Edge, BOXER-8521AI dễ dàng tích hợp vào hệ sinh thái AIOT của Google với hỗ trợ Google Clout IoT và Edge ML cùng với hỗ trợ choTensorFlow Lite.
