VMC 2020 có thể hỗ trợ giao tiếp không dây tối tân 5G NR, Wi-Fi 6E và các chức năng hỗ trợ trình điều khiển AI. Hệ thống không quạt này có khả năng chống thấm nước và chống bụi, đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn IP65 và cũng có thể hoạt động trong môi trường có dải nhiệt rộng (từ -30°C đến 60°C). Màn hình kính cảm ứng điện dung chống va đập và chống xước với độ dày 3mm có thể chịu được các cú sốc lực bên ngoài lên đến cấp độ bảo vệ của chuẩn IK08.
