MCTC Quick Changer bao gồm mô-đun R và mô-đun T. Mô-đun R có thể được lắp đặt trên nhiều loại cánh tay rô-bô khác nhau. Mô-đun T có thể được kết nối với các công cụ khác nhau, chẳng hạn như bộ kẹp, miếng hút chân không, v.v...

Cơ chế khóa độc đáo
Cơ cấu khóa hình nón tự căn chỉnh bằng lỗ côn phẳng. Ngoài ra, nó tự động bù khoảng trống do mài mòn.

Độ lặp lại cao
Tải trọng dưới 25kg: độ lặp lại là ± 5µm, vượt trội so với ± 15µm của các sản phẩm cùng loại trên thị trường.

Chất lượng vượt trội
Độ lặp lại duy trì trong phạm vi ± 15 um ngay cả sau 3 triệu lần hoạt động với tải trọng gấp 1,5 lần.

Cơ chế tự khóa
Mô-đun R cần lực ít nhất 2000 newton để ngắt kết nối mô-đun T khi nguồn áp suất không khí bị mất đột ngột.

Bảo trì dễ dàng
Bu lông và chốt định vị được thiết kế để giữ chặt bằng vít, dễ dàng thay thế và khách hàng có thể tự sửa chữa.
