HIWIN wafer robot is the first in which all key components, drive system and controller system is self-developed and self-made, having the characteristics of high stability, excellent accuracy and quality service. HIWIN wafer robot incorporates modular design in order to fit various application and diverse market demands, ideal in industries such as semi-conductor, opto-electronics, LCD and solar. Further, controller is in-built with various status monitoring, operations, motion commands (including safety procedures), allowing user to do flexible programming and process planning.
