Dây chuyền sản xuất bảng mạch in (PCB) tự động có triển vọng phát triển thị trường mạnh mẽ trong tương lai. Dây chuyền này dành cho việc sản xuất các thiết bị 5G với bảng mạch mỏng 0.25mm được hình thành từ quy trình cắm đa lớp với tỷ lệ lên tới 12-trong-1. Có được hiệu quả này là nhờ việc điều khiển kỹ thuật số hoàn toàn và căn chỉnh qua cảm biến CCD. Dây chuyền tân tiến giúp giảm 2 lần sấy khô và hiện chỉ còn 1 lần sấy sau 3 lần in, giúp tiết kiệm không gian sản xuất và chi phí. Sản phẩm đầy tính cạnh tranh này đã bán được hơn trăm dòng máy.
*Hiệu quả sản xuất cao: In chu kỳ hai trạm, nạp và xả đồng bộ, tăng năng suất sản xuất hơn 30%.
*Tính ứng dụng cao: Áp dụng cho nhiều loại bảng mạch PCB có độ dày từ 0.5mm đến 4.0mm.
*Dễ dàng tùy biến: Căn chỉnh trên màn hình nhanh chóng nhờ được hỗ trợ bởi hệ thống căn chỉnh và bảng gá chung.
*Áp suất in cao: Đầu in trang bị 3 xi lanh dẫn hướng để tăng áp lực in lên 147kg, độ gắn kết đồng đều.
*Khả năng kéo căng tạo bản mỏng: Bộ kẹp kéo căng theo trục tung cùng với trục hoành để căn chỉnh chính xác.
*Độ ổn định cao: Áp dụng xi lanh điện đồng bộ nâng lên/hạ xuống di chuyển ổn định.
